Rechtsnormen, insbesondere der Artikel 5 des Grundgesetzes, determinieren den Vertrieb von Printmedien ausdrücklich mit dem Ziel, die Vielfalt von Medien bzw. Meinungen sicherzustellen. Zeitungen und Zeitschriften sind damit ausdrücklich keine ¿normalen¿ Handelswaren, deren Preis ausschliesslich über Angebot und Nachfrage - also den Markt - bestimmt wird. Die Printmedien dienen auch gesamtgesellschaftlichen Interessen, die daraus abgeleiteten rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen geben dieser Arbeit einen interdisziplinären Ansatz vor.
