Aktuellen Angaben zufolge sind in Deutschland derzeit 35,5 % Männer und 22,7 % Frauen Mitglieder in Sportvereinen (DOSB, 2011). Diese erhobenen Daten stellen zunächst einen Anhaltspunkt einer sporttreibenden Bevölkerung dar. Eine Mitgliedschaft bedeutet gleichzeitig jedoch nicht, dass auch aktiv Sport getrieben wird. Eine Umfrage nach der sportlichen Aktivität in Deutschland wurde im Jahr 2009 von Europas grösster Sportversicherung der ARAG in Auftrag gegeben und soll an dieser Stelle konkrete Zahlen liefern. Der Befragung zufolge treiben 56,2 % der Deutschen regelmässig Sport (OTS, 2009). Ist jedoch jedem Einzelnen bewusst, weshalb Sport getrieben wird? Die entscheidende Frage, die sich stellt, ist die Frage nach den Motiven des Sporttreibens. Laut Gabler (2002, S. 13) ist „[…] Motivation eine Sammelbezeichnung für alle personenbezogenen Zustände und Prozesse, mit deren Hilfe versucht wird, das „Warum“ und „Wozu“ menschlichen Handelns zu klären.“ Rein auf den Sport bezogen können Motive demnach als gezielte Handlung zur Bedürfnisbefriedigung verstanden werden. Die Befriedigung von Bedürfnissen im Sport kann bei jeder Person unterschiedlich ausfallen und muss differenziert betrachtet werden. So steht möglicherweise für Mannschaftssportler der Wettkampf, das Motiv der Leistung oder die Geselligkeit im Vordergrund, wohingegen Individualsportler den Fokus bspw. auf den Abbau von Stress legen und Sport als Ausgleich zum Alltag erleben wollen. Mit dem Hintergrund des Sportmarketings soll die vorliegende Arbeit zum einen Erkenntnisse liefern, wie Sportmotive gemessen werden können, um weiterführend ein Instrument zu entwickeln, das die Motive des Sportreibens erfasst. Die erhobenen Daten sollen dann wiederum für das Sportmarketing, genauer gesagt zur Analyse eines Sportmarktes weiterverwendet werden können. Folglich stellt diese Arbeit eine Grundlage für eine nachfolgende motivbezogene Marktsegmentierung dar.

Der Philosoph und Soziologe Adorno stellte 1944 bereits fest, was heute als Endergebnis der Inklusion feststehen soll: Unterschiedlichkeit als Normalität. Die Inklusion gewinnt subjektiv gesehen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Das Thema erhält nach und nach mehr Einzug in die Medien und in der Gesellschaft scheint sich ein Laienverständnis über Inklusion auszubreiten. Daher bedarf dieses Thema einer genaueren Betrachtung. Gibt man das Stichwort "Inklusion" in die Internetsuchmaschine Google ein, so erhält man bereits 2.670.000 Treffer (Stand: 2013). Allerdings wird bei dieser Art der Überblicksverschaffung auch deutlich, dass sich die Inklusion noch hinter ihrem "Vorreiter", der Integration, versteckt. Das Stichwort "Integration" schafft es auf über 321 Millionen Treffer in der Suchmaschine. Grund dafür kann eine Entwicklung sein, die bei der Literaturrecherche auffällt: Der Begriff Integration wird in vielen verschiedenen Kontexten, beispielsweise bei der Eingliederung von Menschen mit Behinderungen, Migranten oder sozial Benachteiligten, benutzt. Integrationsauszeichnungen, -kampagnen und -preise sind allgegenwärtig. Die Inklusion hingegen wird häufig nur im Kontext mit Menschen mit Behinderungen benutzt. Von einer Inklusion sozial Benachteiligter ist beispielsweise kaum die Rede. Auch diese Arbeit wird sich auf die Inklusion von Menschen mit Behinderungen beziehen. Im Blickpunkt der Inklusion stehen verstärkt die Aufgaben der Bildung und die Möglichkeiten in der Arbeitswelt. Daher konzentriert sich diese Arbeit auf die bildungsspezifischen Aspekte der Inklusion. Zentral werden dabei die Fragen sein, inwieweit die Inklusion bereits in deutschen Schulen vorangeschritten ist und auf welche rechtlichen Grundlagen sich diese Veränderungen beziehen. Eine besondere Betrachtung soll allerdings dem inklusiven Sport zugebracht werden. Die Fragen, welche Möglichkeiten es gibt, inklusiv Sport zu treiben, und welche Probleme dabei auftreten können, versucht diese Arbeit zu beantworten. Den Abschluss bildet ein Stundenbeispiel, in dem die theoretischen Vorüberlegungen in die praktische Arbeit umgesetzt werden. Der Rahmen der Arbeit ermöglicht allerdings nur eine Thematisierung des inklusiven Schulsports. Daher wird nicht weiter auf den Freizeit- und Vereinssport, sowie das informelle Sporttreiben eingegangen.

Sämtliche erfassten Sportler sind noch aktiv und Mitglieder der entsprechenden Landessportverbände. Die Probanden werden in zwei Altersgruppen (31 bis 49 und 50 bis 73Jahre) eingeteilt.Die Tests erheben Daten aus dem Bereich der Soziologie, der Leistungsbiographie, der Anthropologie, der Anamnese, der motorischen Fähigkeiten, der Herzkreislauf- und Lungenfunktionsparameter in Ruhe und unter Belastung sowie des Fett- und Eiweissstoffwechsels.Die Ergebnisse sollen aufzeigen, inwieweit Kraft- oder Ausdauertraining bzw. sportliche Inaktivität den Körper inverschiedenen Abschnitten des Seniorenalters beeinflusst und dass gerontologische Forschung auch im Bereich der Sportwissenschaft zunehmend ihren Platz haben muss. Significant changes in average life expectancy make it necessary to focus this study on the development of the physical capacity of humans in the aging process.On the basis of 178 different tests, 241 male test persons will be examined, 74 of them strength athletes, 112 endurance athletes and 55 non-athletes. All of the athletes surveyed are still active and members of the relevant national sports associations. The test persons are divided into two age groups (31 to 49 and 50 to 73 years).The tests collect data from the fields of sociology, performance biography, anthropology, anamnesis, motor skills, cardiovascular and lung function parameters at rest and under stress as well as fat and protein metabolism.The results should show the extent to which strength or endurance training or athletic inactivity influences the body at different stages of seniors and that gerontological research must increasingly have its place in the field of sports science.
