Nowadays, communication and interaction between humans and autonomous robot systems suffer from the fact that the "language" that robots understand is highly formalized, and perceived ineffective and unnatural by humans. By contrast, human natural language may be considered a proof that efficient communication is possible - even if grammar and syntactic formalisms are reduced down to the level of keyword speech. In this book, the author develops an autonomous robot system, completely based on nonlinear dynamics theory, that is capable of understanding and reacting on human keyword speech input in a natural and intuitive way. Thanks to the unified design entirely based on dynamical systems the developed system is able to perform well and stable in natural and dynamic environments.

Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan were not the only presidents who referred to it in their speeches. Quite possibly every presidential candidate and president related to it when they accepted their nominations and when they outlined their political programmes at their inaugurations. Ever since it has become part of the tradition of political rhetoric in the United States, one can say how centrally important the American Dream (still) is and what great influence it has on the American people. So what exactly is the American Dream? Peter Freese calls the attempt of defining it ¿subjective and imcomplete¿, especially because he is of the opinion that the vision and beliefs transferred in the American Dream change with the times. However, he quotes Hartmut Keil by using his definition of the American Dream with a lot of its beliefs and convictions that are substantial parts of it: ¿Individual success, advancement, materialism, personal success, neighborliness, naturalness, individuality, freedom, equality, equal opportunity, search for identity, national purpose, American consciousness, democratic dream, dream of paradise (¿), moving force, liberation of humanity, world¿s salvation¿; but he comes to the conclusion that there is not the possibility of a precise definition in case one does not want to list nearly every aspect of ¿American society¿. Still, the fundamental values and virtues that build the basis and are the core function of the American Dream, are the main part of American political rhetoric. The metaphor of the American Dream has always been used by being glorified by politians in their speeches, and mostly with the promise of fulfilment soon after the elections in case it was a nomination speech. Therefore the American Dream seems to have a realistic side, it is not only a vision or a utopia when presidential candidates and presidents talk about its fulfilment. Since the promise of fulfilment is made ever since this subject has played a major role in political speeches, it is a dream which can and ¿ referring to the politicians¿ promises ¿ will come true.

In his first 100 days in office, Obama attempted to fulfill those expectations. Ghattas (2009) wrote: ¿The breadth of issues he has tackled in this short time is unprecedented, prompting former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger to write recently in the Washington Post that ¿the possibility of comprehensive solutions is unprecedented¿. The climatic change, depletion of resources, growing energy crisis, threat of terrorism, rapid of growth of population and the changing structure of population are new challenges the young generation would face. The world in year 2050 would not be a different place to live. Unless and otherwise education policy is framed to address the 'gloom and doom' side of world by 2050, the next generation would face a serious threat of existence. The positive futurists show that technology and science will not allow the world to laps its primitive past once again. It is clear that science and technology is the only answer to human survival. Therefore, it is important that education policy makers taking a fresh look at the policy challenges for the future. This paper makes an analysis based on the published and documented evidence what policy framework would be required in the developing countries in view of the emerging challenges to ensure a survival of the generations to come.
